How to use online application

１．Create Account
Access here and register your account for the Application for Import Confirmation.
If you have the gBizID, you can register an account with the gBizID.
You can use the Application for Import Confirmation when you log in with the registered account.

２．Online Application
If you select an application category on the home page, an entry screen is displayed.
Please enter referring to the manuals.
Fill in a form and attach required files.
Confirm the entered information and if it is OK, click the OK button.
That is all for the application process.

３．Acquisition of the Yunyu Kakunin-sho/Import Certificate
If there are no problems after the review, etc. by the regional bureau of health and welfare, the Yunyu Kakunin-sho/Import Certificate will be issued.
The Yunyu Kakunin-sho/Import Certificate can be downloaded from the Refer to the Status page.
The electronic file of the Yunyu Kakunin-sho/Import Certificate will be sent to the email address registered
when creating an account and the email address registered as delivery at the time of application.
Carry out customs clearance formalities with the received Yunyu Kakunin-sho/Import Certificate.
